Inspection Comments |
COMPLAINT FOR INSECTS AND MICE IN BUILDING. INSPECTED KITCHEN, DRY FOOD STORAGE, CHEMICAL STORAGE, LINEN WASHING AND STORAGE, AND TRASH STAGING AREA. ROACH TRAPS HAVE BEEN SET BY PEST CONTROL COMPANY THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY EVIDENCE OF LIVE OR DEAD ROACHES IN TRAPS, BEHIND EQUIPMENT, ON STORAGE SHELVES, OR INSIDE CABINETS.
I DID OBSERVE SPIDER WEBS AND LIVE SPIDERS BELOW THE KITCHEN 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. I ALSO OBSERVED RODENT DROPPING BELOW THE OPPOSITE SINK. IT LOOKED LIKE THIS AREA WAS IN NEED OF CLEANING SO THESE DROPPINGS MAY HAVE BEEN OLD. CONTACT YOUR PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND BEGIN SERVICE FOR MICE IN THIS AREA. ALSO THOROUGHLY CLEAN KITCHEN CABINETS TO REMOVE HARBORAGE CONDITIONS. FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR ON 1-14-22 FOR RODENT CONTROL MEASURES AND CLEAN UP IN CABINETS. |
